WE USUALLY PROCESS AND DISPATCH ORDERS WITHIN 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS (EVERY ITEM IS MADE TO ORDER), THIS TIME IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO HEAVY VOLUME ORDERS. PROCESSING MAY TAKE 3-4 DAYS DURING SPECIAL PROMOTIONS, LIMITED EDITION RELEASES, OR MAJOR HOLIDAYS. WE DON’T PROCESS ORDERS OR SHIP ON WEEKENDS. 

WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO P.O. BOX, APO, OR FPO ADDRESSES. ALL ORDERS WITH A P.O. BOX, APO, OR FPO ADDRESS WILL BE ASKED TO PROVIDE US WITH A PHYSICAL ADDRESS.

WE WILL EMAIL THE BUYER WITH TRACKING INFORMATION ONCE YOUR ITEMS HAVE  BEEN PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. IN AN EVENT THAT A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK OR BACKORDERED, THE BUYER WILL BE CONTACTED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.
